Mike Migliore began his career in 1987 as a custom home builder on L.I., NY, at the age of 22... Then moved to Atlanta in the early 1990's quickly becoming a successful broker-partner at REMAX in Sugar Hill/Buford, helping builders & developers throughout central & north GA design and sell out their new-home communities. As a 33 yr Atlanta resident & professional with unique local talent, he now leads a team of twelve Atlanta technical experts, taking raw land and creating stunning new communities that harmoniously satisfy the county's future land use initiatives, while simultaneously fulfilling highest 'n best use- and conforming to local market demand... Mixed-Use Mid-Rise projects | Retail Fit-Outs | Single-Family | Multi-family Apt Homes | Commercial Strip Retail | Special-Use Commercial & Medical Centers- and property mgmnt. We generate over $125MM in annual business. Mike possesses a Bachelor's in Macroeconomics & Real Estate Law- and is now Principal executive with Fern Park Development, a family-owned family-run company based out of Duluth, GA.
Mike's first project build was 11 Queen Rd in Rocky Point, NY in '87. He blueprinted the plans on a notebook; excavated/site-prep; and built the home from start to finish by hand (below)- months out of college.
